Our Shipping Policy
All Orders will be Shipped via Ground. (UPS or FedEx)
We charge a flat-rate shipping cost of $9.95 per package shipped. We are a Subscription Service and all orders will be shipped out within 48-72 hours once your order is placed.
Orders/Payments
Regarding collection of payment, order lead-time, and status of orders.
Payment is collected in full at the time that you place your order. You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order. If your payment fails, your order will be canceled.
Orders will be processed in the order that they come in, first-come, first serve.
If inquiring about the status of an order, please provide your first and last name and your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.
Returns & Cancelations
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Due to the nature of our product returns are not possible. Once orders are placed your product is shipped out within 48-72 hours, therefore cancellations are unlikely to occur.
